Recently my daughter and son-in-law were doing their laundry at our home and they showed me a new way to fold t-shirts.
You may wonder why I am sharing this with you. Well, besides the fact that this is a really cool way to fold a t-shirt, I also find that different folding methods work for different people and their drawer or closet space.
For my husband I like to roll his t-shirts and put them in a cloth basket that is turned on it's side and sits on the shelf of our armoire.
For me I like to fold my t-shirts and then stand them up in a basket that sits on a shelf in our closet.
Now for the new way to fold t-shirts. This method is for those who like their t-shirts folded and placed neatly in a drawer or on a shelf, yet you do not want the center of the t-shirt to be creased.
Start by placing the t-shirt flat on a hard surface (or semi-hard surface such as a bed)
I just finished folding my husband's undershirts like this and they took up half the room that they usually do in his drawer.
I hope you can understand these instructions well enough to try it and let me know what you think.
Happy Folding!
