Italian 8-Layer Pie

Homemade Whole Wheat Noodles
Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
3 egg yolks
1 egg
2 tsp. salt
up to 1/2 cup cold water
Directions:
Place flour in a medium bowl and make a well.
In the well place the egg yolks and egg and salt.
Mix thoroughly.
Add water a little at a time until the dough forms a stiff ball.
Knead dough for about 5 mins.
Let rest for 5 mins.
Roll and cut
Boil for 3 to 5 mins depending on the thickness of the noodle.
