Italian 8-Layer Pie

Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup wheat germ
3/4 cup seeds (I use 1/4 cup sesame seeds, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds and 1/4 cup sunflower seeds.
1 cup nuts (any of your choice, almonds pecans, cashews, walnuts, peanuts, they all work)
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup agave syrup or pure maple syrup.
2 heaping Tbs peanut or almond butter (I use almond butter)
1 Tbs butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Combine oats, wheat germ, seeds and nuts on a foil lined cookie sheet
Bake at 400 degrees until toasted about 10 mins. stiring after 5 mins.
In a small sauce pan bring to a boil, honey, agave syrup, almond butter, and butter.
Turn off heat and add vanilla and salt.
Mix the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl.
Pour mixture back onto your foil lined cookie sheet and alow to cool.
Store in an air tight container. (I keep mine in the fridge but you don't have to)
