Custard Style Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
2 eggs lightly beaten
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in an oven proof dish.
Place the dish in another dish filled partly with water.
Bake at 375 until knife comes out clean. approximately 45 to 50 min.
